Cookies during checkout (Paddle)
Purchases in the Action$ shop are handled as the seller by our payment provider Paddle.com Market Ltd, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom. When you click “Buy now” in the shop, we load the paddle.js script from cdn.paddle.com and display the payment form in an embedded window from buy.paddle.com.
Kickerscup itself stores no additional cookies on your device in the process. Inside that payment window, however, Paddle sets its own cookies on its own domain, among other things to run the payment flow and to detect fraud. Paddle is the independent controller for those cookies and the related data processing; we have no access to them.
These cookies only appear once you start a purchase yourself, and they are necessary to carry out the payment you requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). If you do not use the shop, you do not get them. Which cookies Paddle uses in detail is described in Paddle's privacy and cookie notices at paddle.com/legal/privacy. What else Paddle processes is covered in section 8 of our privacy policy.
